So CTT team believes in “Confidence Through Technology” and implements a QA system to achieve this goal. The system is established according to ISO 17025 and more importantly, good practices of the top 3rd party labs are identified and followed.
As a new comer in the market, CTT had confronted with customer’s questioning of data accuracy when its data different with other lab. At the beginning, the technical team took this as opportunity to polish our technology, and lately it usually becomes a chance to prove CTT’s capability to provide professional testing service. By implementation of QA measures showed in the right, we are working hard to build clients’ confidence on CTT’s profession and will never stop.
