In order to protect consumer legitimate rights, the European Union, USA, Canada, Australia together with other countries in theworld has established special notification systems to provide information of products which may cause risk to people health andsafety.A total of 15 notifications of children’s toys were declared in EU RAPEX, 5 notification in Healthy Canadians official website, nonotification in CPSC official website or Australian product safety recalls official website during the 41st and the 42nd week of2018. Up to 15 notifications of children’s toys are from China among all those notifications. Toys were notified because ofcontaining or releasing small parts easily, high phthalates content, high migration of born, etc. Some toys were notified for morethan one reason.
