EU, USA and Canada have established rapid alert systems to facilitate the rapid exchange of information andmeasures taken to prevent or restrict the marketing or use of products posing a serious risk to the health and safetyof consumers. Notification in 2018 report 11 on Textile & Leather products from China is presented in the followingtable. There were total 11 notifications in November with 3 notifications from China. Notifications of products fromChina mainly involve girl’s bikinis and girl’s clothing set with strangulation risk, girl’s clothing set with pendantnecklace containing excessive lead .
