EU, USA, Canada and Australia have established rapid alert systems to facilitate the rapid exchange of informationand measures taken to prevent or restrict the marketing or use of products posing a serious risk to the health andsafety of consumers. Notification in 2019 report 04 on Textile & Leather products is presented in the following table.There were total 17 notifications in April with 7 notifications from China. Notifications of products mainly involve girls'dress with choking hazard, Children’s clothing set with strangulation risk, sleep bag, children’s sleepwear withflammability hazard, scarf containing excessive aromatic amine.
