In order to protect consumer legitimate rights, the European Union, USA, Canada, Australia together with other countries in theworld has established special notification systems to provide information of products which may cause risk to people health andsafety.A total of 16 notifications of children’s toys were declared in EU RAPEX, no notification in CPSC official website, Healthy Canadians official website or Australian product safety recalls official website during the 21st and the 22nd week of 2019. Up to 16notifications of children’s toys are from China among all those notifications. Toys were notified because of containing or releasingsmall parts easily, button cell batteries are accessible, high migration of boron etc.. Some toys were notified for more than onereason.
