Safeguard-CTT-TL-S2002(E) Textile & Leather Products Recall Notifications-2020 report 02

EU, USA, Canada and Australia have established rapid alert systems to facilitate the rapid exchange of information and measures taken to prevent or restrict the marketing or use of products posing a serious risk to the health and safety of consumers. Notification in 2020 report 02 on Textile & Leather products is presented in the following table. There were total 14 notifications in February with 5 notifications from China. Notifications of products mainly involve Baby's bodysuit,Children’s sports dress,Children’s trousers,Baby's Carrier with injuries and strangulation, Babies' clothing set with chocking hazard,Children's Sleepwear with flammability hazard,Slippers,Leather bracelet,Men’s sandals containing excessive Cr (VI),Shoulder bag containing excessive SCCP,Rain suit containing excessive Lead.
