EU, USA, Canada and Australia have established rapid alert systems to facilitate the rapid exchange of information and measures taken to prevent or restrict the marketing or use of products posing a serious risk to the health and safety of consumers.
There were total 10 notifications in June & July with 5 notifications from China. Notifications of products mainly involve Children's shorts, Children's sports set, Children's dress, Children's blouse, Children clothing set with injuries, Children's sleepwear sets, Zip Wondersuit with flammability hazard, Ladies' Lederhose, Leather jacket excessive Cr (VI), Men's slippers excessive Benzidine.
