Safeguard-CTT-TL-S20011(EN) Textile & Leather Products Recall Notifications-2020 report 11

EU, USA, Canada and Australia have established rapid alert systems to facilitate the rapid exchange of information and measures taken to prevent or restrict the marketing or use of products posing a serious risk to the health and safety of consumers. Notification in 2020 report 11 on Textile & Leather products is presented in the following table. There were total 43 notifications in December with 21 notifications from China. Notifications of products mainly involve Child's bikini, Boys' shorts, Children's tracksuit, Children's dress, Children's swim short, Children's swimsuit, Waterproof jacket,Children's sweater, Children's hooded padded jacket, Children's hooded sweatshirt, Children's leggings,etc. with Injuries and strangulations, Swimsuits, Infant rompers with Choking hazard , Cottage tents with Flammability hazard, Leather jacket, Leather gloves, Adult novelty product, excessive Cr (VI), Children's shoes with LED light, PVC Backpack excessive SCCPs.
