The European Chemicals Agency（ECHA） published proposals from Austria, Germany and Netherlands for eleven new substances to be included on the list of substances of very high concern (SVHC) on 30 August. A public consultation on the proposals will run until 14 October. ECHA will make the decision within 2-3 months after consultation by convention , once adopted, SVHC will reach 49. According to REACH's requirements, manufacturers need to investigate these SVHC and should be requested to inform within 45 days.
