California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has announced it intends to add the chemicals benzophenone, coconut oil diethanoamine condensate (cocamide diethanolamine), diethanolamine and 2-methylimidazole to
Proposition 65, the list of chemicals known to the State to cause cancer.
Following the initial notice, the deadline for public comments on this proposal has been extended to 22 March 2012.
