EU tighten up migration limits of Barium in toys

Commission Regulation (EU) No 681/2013, published on OJ on July 18th, 2013, amends migration limits of Barium under Directive 2009/48/EC to make it the same to that regulated under EN 71-3:2013. This amendment takes effect on July 20th, 2013.

After amendment, the migration limits of Barium under Directive 2009/48/EC are significantly stricter than those original ones, more details please refer to table 1.
