Annex III to RoHS 2.0 is amended

18 Dec. 2012, EU release two directives 2012/50/EU and 2012/51/EU to amend Annex III to 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2.0).

Annex III to 2011/65/EU is amended as set out in the Annex to 2012/50/EU, adding point 7(c)-IV, Lead in PZT based dielectric ceramic materials for capacitors which are part of integrated circuits or discrete semiconductors, expiring on 21 July 2016.

Annex III to 2011/65/EU is amended as set out in the Annex to 2012/51/U, adding point 40, Cadmium in photoresistors for analogue optocouplers applied in professional audio equipment, expiring on 31 December 2013.
